How we use the information

Data security

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is set only after successful login, is stored on your device, and is automatically removed when you sign out or when the session expires.

Data retention

Your predictions and leaderboard data are retained for the duration of the tournament season and a short period afterward for reference. After that, the data may be archived or deleted by the administrator.

Your rights

As a registered participant, you may request that your account be disabled or your data be removed at any time. Please contact your internal administrator directly.

Because this is a private internal platform with no public signup, all data requests must be made directly to the platform administrator.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants.
